The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) updated their Standard Plans in July of 2012. As part of the July 2012 update, WYDOT eliminated temporary concrete barriers from the Wyoming Standard Plans. Formerly, temporary concrete barriers were shown on Standard Plan 703-4 but this drawing has now been eliminated. For highway roadwork WYDOT now utilizes a combination of cones, drums, and temporary delineators.
